Our owner has spent years in the field, gaining real-world experience solving the kinds of heating, cooling, and plumbing problems homeowners face every day. That experience has shaped how we operate today: practical solutions, honest recommendations, and no unnecessary upselling.

 

That same commitment has carried into the next generation. Patrick, our owner Tim’s son, has been working in the office since 2013, but his connection to Albert Services goes back even further. As a kid, when the company was named “Walsh and Son’s”, Patrick spend time riding along on service calls, learning firsthand what it means to take care of customers the right way. When he wasn’t in the field, he was helping around the office, stuffing envelopes and doing whatever needed to be done to support the team. 

 

It’s that kind of upbringing, learning the business from the ground up, that continues to shape how we serve our customers today.

Albert Services has always been a family effort. Tim’s wife, Wendy, also played an important role in the business, working in the office and helping support day-to-day operations during its early growth. 

Like many small, family-run businesses, success required everyone pitching in. Over time her focus shifted to caring for their home and raising their children, another reflection of the values that continue to guide our company today: responsibility, commitment, and taking care of what matters most.
