We began by ensuring that the equipment is working properly before we service it to ensuee everything is working. I was dispatched to the Kettering area on a return visit to make some repairs on the main furnace flue, as well as replacing single wall flue vent with double wall Bvent flue to prevent overheating on anything combustible like the wooden door. I also replaced a 70/5 uf capacitor on the main units condenser. After completing these repairs the systems are now running properly at this time.

This included arranging for the removal of the old unit, installation of the new one, and ensuring it would be properly connected and tested for optimal performance and efficiency.

I was called out today for some HVAC furnace maintenance. I went through the system and checked all the components for proper operation. Everything is safe and operating properly.

Called out to customer's home for no heat yesterday, upon arrival we found an old and unmaintained furnace in a unsafe condition. Came back out today to replace the furnace upon the customers request.

Service call: Sink draining slow. After inspecting the drain, I found a minor blockage caused by hair and soap scum buildup. I used a plumbing snake to clear the clog and ran water to confirm that the drain was flowing smoothly. The bathroom sink is now free from blockages and drains properly.
