Called out to customers home for a routine maintenance on their Natural gas Goodman furnace. We found everything to be in good condition but that the bathrooms were not getting any airflow. Found that the vent has collapsed and discussed the possibility of jackhammering the floor to fix this to gain air flow into the bathrooms again. Customer is going to wait on this repair but is glad to know the cause of the issue now Everything is in good condition at this time.

removed pedestal sink from main level bathroom and installed a new two handled moen lav faucet with new pop up assembly new ptrap and also new braided supply lines. I then anchored pedestal sink back to wall and hooked everything up. turned water on to check for leaks and correct operation. no further issues at this time.

installed a new fill valve and toilet flapper for upstairs toilet. also gave quote for replacing lav faucet and ptrap and got scheduled.
