This is the second time we’ve used Albert Services (plumbing & heating) and had great service. Michael was very professional and explained how everything worked and why it wasn’t working. We are very happy with his work. I hope not to have to call for service on anything else, but if I do it will be to Albert!

Brett our technician was very respectful & courteous. He explained the issues that needed to be fixed so that we understood the problem as well as the cost of the job. Pleased that water heater able to be replaced the same we called for service. Very happy to have hot water once again.

Cody was very good and informative. Although when I called in my service, I was told that your people could fix my dishwasher! Cody informed me they only install them. I was misinformed. Y'all do not repair dishwasher, only install. Was than charged 45, for nothing!

I was called out today on a hvac service call. I found a gas leak next to the furnace. I made all the proper repairs needed to ensure no gas was leaking.

I was called out today on a 5 year old Goodman heat pump with a bad contactor and defrost board. We will return with the parts to make the repairs.

Called out to customers home to replace the Dryer Vent piping due to it being corroded. We started by removing and disposing of the bad pipe. We installed the new piping and ensured everything is working as intended by turning on the new dryer. We also verified the integrity of the recently installed Square D Homeline 100 amp panel box. Everything is working as intended at this time

came out and installed a new 50 gallon electric water heater which was covered under warranty. labor was not though.

I was called out today on a hvac service call for no heat on a 14 year old American Standard gas furnace. I found the blower motor to be locked up. I replaced the motor and customer is happy and warm.

Called out to customers home for no heat. Upon arrival, we found a 80% Payne furnace that had a flame Sensor that failed and the indoor blower motor as well. We gave the customer quotes to have the both of these replaced, and the customer went with the repairs. We removed the old defective parts and disposed of them properly. We installed the new parts and tested the system thoroughly to ensure there are no other issues. Everything is working as intended. We did talk to the customer about upgrading their air filter system and they will when the furnace ends up getting replaced

Urinal Repair, Flushometer, Commerical. Commercial Business had over run urinal that flooded out hallway, reset and repaired flush valve and gaskets. Issue repaired at this time, unit rumning as it should.

came out today to give second opinion. the water arrester in basement does have very minimal corrosion but is not leaking. sent quote for having a new one installed just so they have the price if they decide to go ahead and have it replaced.

Called out for no heat. Found limit switch to have failed in their Goodman furnace. We gave the customer a quote to have this replaced and went with the repair. We replaced the part in question and everything is working as intended at this time. We did inform the customer they have a heat pump system as well.

removed old chrome tubular below kitchen sink on non disposal side and installed all new 1 1/2 plastic tubular with new ptrap and new dishwasher tee. filled sink multiple times. everything is draining good with no leaks.
